Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with a purchase, return item in good condition within 14 days of receipt. All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria. After we get your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and on return of the goods we will refund the amount paid less the initial postage charge, however if returns are being made because of faulty goods then the postage costs will be reimbursed. The refund will be made in the same manner that the initial payment was made. If you have paid by card please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

In the unlikely event that an item is defective please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 5 days from receipt of goods.
Warranty
In accordance with the law, a customer may complaint a product when the following conditions occur:
1. The customer has the right to make a complaint only for goods that are not in accordance with the agreement.
2. The product is considered defective in case of:
o does not correspond with the description provided by the seller
o is not suitable for the purpose specified by the seller, has features that reduce its value or usefulness,
o does not have the properties specified by the seller.
The warranty covers defects arising in the production process.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or improper maintenance.
The product does not have properties that products of this type should have due to their purpose and intended use.
The product does not have the properties about which seller assured the customer.
The seller has delivered an incomplete product to the customer.
Complaints should be reported at the initial stage of defects detection, not at the moment when product is used or almost completely damaged.

Shipping and Handling
Postage and packing charges appear beside the product and will be added to the shown price.
Shipping to United Kingdom
Prices do not include duties, taxes, customs charges or all surcharges and fees.
For UK Shipments, DPD will contact you at email (provided once placing the order) to send you clearance instructions; any charge MUST be paid within 24 hrs. Failure can result in PAY for second-time delivery costs if your package is returned to us.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours of receipt of order. If there is a delay you will be notified by email. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
